Millman's, substitution, and reciprocity theorems

Three smaller theorems round off the dc toolkit. Millman's theorem collapses parallel sources into one, the substitution theorem lets you swap a branch for anything that behaves the same, and the reciprocity theorem says a source and the current it causes can trade places.
