Titration and gravimetric analysis

How much acid is in a bottle of vinegar, or iron in a supplement tablet? Quantitative analysis answers questions like these, either by measuring exactly how much of a known solution reacts with a sample or by weighing a pure product made from it. Both methods are stoichiometry put to work.
